Wholesale Program Terms & Conditions
- Minimum purchase of $350 MSRP. No other coupons can be used at checkout in addition to your wholesale discount unless it is a store credit sent directly to you from our Sales Team at SKAL.
- Must have valid Vendor or Reseller License or certificate. Some states may require valid Tobacco License, Company Tax ID/FEIN, valid storefront. Contact sales@terpfusioncbd.com with any questions.
- You are allowed to resell products at whatever price you wish in your store. However, under no conditions, are you allowed to price SKAL products lower on your online store than the prices we set at SKAL.com. Doing so may result in an instant and permanent ban from the wholesale programs of SKAL and its affiliated companies and brands.
- If you are wanting to advertise SKAL by use of its products, logos, or any other trademarked, registered, or copyrighted item, you must submit a copy of the advertisement for approval.
- SKAL may us its right to refusing shipment to any states or territories where local laws conflict with H.R. 2: The Agricultural Improvement Act of 2018, also known as the 2018 Farm Bill. Due to some products either being illegal or not explicitly legal according to state laws, some of our products may not ship to certain states. Please check your local state laws if in question.
